  1. I’m new to your blog. I came across the resource section, and notice Lush was under thumbs down. I tried looking for any reviews but I can’t find it unless I’m not looking right. Can you please tell me why Lush is thumbs down and if you have already done a review please let me know. Thanks!

  2. i have been trying to do the co-washing thing with the raw honey, but my hair smells a whole lot more now. My water is a little hard, but it isn’t terrible (I know I know, soft water is best). I use a shampoo bar once a week and I have been trying to switch from using coconut oil as a conditioner to honey (got my hair cut way short and oil just makes my curly hair too heavy). The honey rocks as a conditioner but my hair smells really bad now. What can I do?

  3. I love your blog, I am hopefully gonna make the transition to no poo or low poo (depending) I really like the lists of good brands and not so good ones. But I have to say I was suprised to see burts bees and yes to companies to be on the thumbs down list.

  4. Hi! I just wanted to know why Lush is in your thumbs down list. Is there any post you already wrote that you can direct me to?
    Thanks in advance!

  5. Love that I’ve found your page! Lots of great information. I’m allergic to coconut (and a few other things) and I like the fact that you have so many options to choose from.

  6. Love your blog and have been following you for sometime now!! I have been doing OCM for about a year….my friend is trying to get me to switch to using Kiehl’s skin line….what do you think of them?

  7. Hey,
I just saw that mountain rose herbs sell their own henna hair dye. Have you reviewed that product? Have you personally tried it, and do you recommend it? Or has anyone at all tried their henna hair dye?

  8. hey there, thanks for all you do! youre such an inspiration! found your blog when i began my crunchy journey last july… you have to see my before and after pics!!! no poo goddess!! 🙂 this blog is modern and practical for younger generations of hippes 😉 seriously, thank you!!!
